In 2023, I spent a summer in Germany and took a class on critical design, in which we used the design thinking process to tackle pertinent issues. My design projcect attempted to criticize beauty standards by highlighting the beauty of our bodies’ natural lines. I created a series of short videos featuring imagery of my body alongside clips of nature. The videos were published on YouTube and a temporary website. I distributed postcards and stickers linking to the project around Berlin.
